I’m Arun Nivas — an MBA (Marketing) Graduate and AI Growth Systems Consultant who sits at the intersection of business strategy, analytical thinking, and AI-powered execution. I study how businesses grow and build AI-powered systems that help them grow faster.

Two chapters, one through-line: understanding how businesses grow, then building the systems that help them grow faster.
Chapter One
I didn't start with tools. I started with questions: Why do some companies grow and others plateau? What makes a market move? How do customers actually make decisions?
My MBA in Marketing at O.P. Jindal Global University gave me a rigorous foundation in strategy, consumer behaviour, market research, and competitive dynamics. I learned to think in frameworks — to dissect a business, understand its levers, and translate complex problems into clear strategic recommendations.
But I was also drawn to the analytical side of marketing. Strategy without data is just opinion. I became fascinated by how companies use intelligence — competitive, market, and customer — to make decisions that compound over time. That obsession eventually led to building Marketing J.A.R.V.I.S.: a proprietary framework for producing deep strategic growth analyses, applied first to Swiggy and Zomato.
“Great marketing is not about being louder. It's about understanding the market better than everyone else in the room.”
Chapter Two
Then came the inflection point. Not a course. Not a certification. A realisation: everything I had learned about business strategy could now be executed at a scale and speed that wasn't previously possible.
AI didn't replace my thinking — it amplified it. I started building. Research systems that synthesise intelligence from hundreds of sources in minutes. Competitive monitoring pipelines that surface insights before they become obvious. Content engines that maintain strategic consistency at scale.
The result is a way of working that combines the rigour of business strategy with the velocity of AI execution. That combination — not the tools alone — is what I bring to every engagement.
“I learned how businesses grow. Then I learned how AI can accelerate that growth. Now I build systems that do both.”
Academic rigour combined with a self-built AI curriculum — because the best education doesn't stop at graduation.

The instruments behind the work
Not keywords — deliberate focus areas chosen because they sit at the highest-leverage intersection of market demand and personal capability.
Building and scaling full-funnel growth systems — from awareness to acquisition to retention. I'm particularly focused on the intersection of content strategy, audience intelligence, and AI-assisted campaign execution that makes growth repeatable, not reliant on bursts of effort.
Translating market complexity into clear strategic intelligence. My work here includes competitive deep-dives, market entry analysis, and the Marketing J.A.R.V.I.S. framework — a proprietary system for producing structured strategic analyses of high-growth companies.
Designing production-grade AI systems that handle research, content, lead generation, and competitive monitoring — freeing teams to focus on decisions, not data gathering. Every system I build is designed to run continuously and compound in value over time.
I'm drawn to fast-moving, ambitious companies where strategy and execution happen in the same room. SaaS businesses in particular — with their compounding revenue models, data-rich environments, and high tolerance for experimentation — are where I want to operate and add the most value.
The most interesting problems in business today live at the boundary between strategic intelligence and scalable execution. That’s the territory I’m building toward — where deep analytical thinking meets the ability to actually build and ship the systems that act on those insights.
Growth & Strategy Roles
Contributing to companies where strategy, data, and execution converge — as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Strategist, or Business Analyst embedded in a team that moves fast and thinks clearly.
AI Consulting
Building bespoke AI growth infrastructure for founders and leadership teams — turning what used to require entire departments into intelligent, automated systems that scale from day one.
Long-Term Direction
Ultimately, I want to contribute to the future of AI-native marketing and strategy by helping organisations make better decisions, move faster, and scale intelligently — as a practitioner who combines strategic thinking with hands-on AI execution.
“I want to work on problems where business strategy, market intelligence, and AI systems are not three separate disciplines — but one integrated way of operating. That’s the work I’m building toward, and it’s the work I’m already doing.”
Four principles that run through every project, every analysis, and every system I build — not as stated values, but as working constraints.
Systems Thinking
Scale, not one-off output
I build things that compound. Every project is designed as a system — not a deliverable — because one-time output doesn't create competitive advantage. Repeatable, automated, scalable processes do.
Clarity Over Complexity
Strategy should be explainable
The best strategic thinking collapses complexity into clear decisions. If I can't explain the recommendation simply, the thinking isn't finished. Clarity is a discipline, not a communication style.
Speed × Quality
AI enables both, not a trade-off
AI doesn't mean cutting corners on thinking — it means doing the thinking faster and applying it more broadly. I use AI to compress timelines on execution, never to shortcut the analytical rigour that makes output worth having.
Continuous Building
Ship something every week
The best learning is applied learning. I maintain a weekly cadence of building — new systems, analyses, case studies, and frameworks — because capability compounds through practice, not study.
